In the November 27th, 2023 congregational voters meeting, a motion was made and approved to change the schedule for congregational voters meetings in 2024. The change in schedule was made to give members a better opportunity to attend the voters meetings where there may have been schedule conflicts with other activities outside of St. Paul’s or where the normal congregational voters meeting time of 7PM was a problem for members who cannot drive at night.
The schedule for 2024 congregational voters meetings is as follows:
- Sunday, January 21st after worship service, in the Bethany room/Fellowship Hall
- Sunday, April 21st after worship service, in the Bethany room /Fellowship Hall
- Monday, June 24th – 7PM in the Bethany room/Fellowship Hall
- Sunday, August 18th after worship service, in the Bethany room/Fellowship Hall
- Monday, November 25th – 7PM in the Bethany room/Fellowship Hall
There will be a babysitting service available for families with young children who want to attend the Sunday voters meetings that will be held after worship service.
